The work of the Educational Law team is not limited to the juridical-procedural field since there is, in the operationalization of the processes of accreditation, authorization and evaluation, a specific regulatory system.

Our services in this area include, among others:

• Analysis of academic, administrative and financial procedures of the institution, in view of the current regulatory legislation;
• Issuance of Opinions;
• Accompaniment of the processes of accreditation and re-accreditation of educational institutions and poles of distance education, as well as the processes of authorization, recognition and renewal of course recognition, with the interposition of resources whenever necessary, within the ambit of e-MEC;
• Sponsorship of educational institutions in legal proceedings, whatever the authors;
• Conduct of defenses of educational institutions in administrative procedures with the Ministry of Education, Public Prosecutors, PROCONs, professional bodies, etc.
